| OiMA was founded in 1976 in the district of Montebelluna, an area traditionally linked to sports footwear, when it launched an innovative machine for the production of ski boot shells. For thirty years OiMA continued to gain ground on world markets by diversifying production and strengthening its solid reputation as a customer-oriented, technologically cutting-edge, fast-moving enterprise. OiMA, with over 3000 machines installed all over the world, focuses all its technical-sales, design and R&D activities, final plant testing, Customer Care Service and spare parts storage facility in Asolo (TV, Italy). |

OiMA is part of the SACMI Imola industrial group, a worldwide giant that supplies machines and complete plants for the production of ceramics, bottling lines, food processing lines and plastic material processing lines.
Over recent years OiMA has focussed on the design and construction of high-output packaging presses - characterised by durability, reliability, outstanding process control precision and contained energy consumption levels - aimed at high-output businesses such as caps and closures, disposable cutlery, CD cases, fruit crates and similar products.
OiMA completes its product range with hydraulic injection presses for technical moulding, multi-injection presses, universal injectors suitable for all kinds of press or moulds and, finally , machines for the moulding of thermosetting phenolic resins.
